Bike Parts Warehouse is a South African business specialising in the sale of motorcycle parts, accessories and related services including tool repair, workshop services and custom builds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, placing an order, or booking a service you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product details, images and prices but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct mistakes and to refuse or cancel any orders that contain errors or are fraudulent.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept EFT, debit/credit cards and approved online payment gateways. Orders are processed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.

5. Online Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Once payment is confirmed we will send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver nationwide across South Africa via trusted couriers.
• Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and delivery times typically range from 2–7 working days, depending on stock and destination.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details — we are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, courier delays, or events outside our control.
• Ownership and risk pass to you once goods are dispatched to the delivery address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We aim for your complete satisfaction:

• You may return unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 7 working days to process.
• Custom-made items, some electrical items, and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable unless defective.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

8. Repairs & Workshop Services

All workshop and repair services are performed by qualified technicians:

• Repairs are quoted individually; quotes are valid for 7 days and may change if further issues are discovered during inspection.
• Repair warranties cover workmanship only and exclude damage from misuse, neglect, accidents or external causes.
• Diagnostic fees may apply. Repairs commence only after customer approval of the quote.
• Items not collected within 30 days after completion notification may incur storage fees or may be disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

9. Tool Repair Specifics

We repair power tools, workshop equipment and bike maintenance tools. Customers should provide a clear description of faults. Not all tools are repairable — we will advise after diagnostics. Replacement parts may be required and charged separately.

10. Warranties & Manufacturer Guarantees

Where applicable, products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Bike Parts Warehouse does not extend manufacturer warranties but will assist with warranty claims where possible.

11. Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA)

We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal data is used for order processing, communication and delivery only. We do not sell or rent customer information. We may share necessary data with couriers or payment providers to fulfil your order.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, text, logos and designs — is owned by Bike Parts Warehouse or used under licence. You may not reproduce or use any site content without our written consent.

13. External Links

We may link to third-party sites for convenience. These links are not endorsements and we are not responsible for third-party content or policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

Except as required by law, Bike Parts Warehouse and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. You are responsible for correct installation and safe use of products purchased from us.
